- Inside Out 2 is #1 at the box office yet again – and is quickly approaching Barbie-level heights.
- The Pixar sequel earned another $57 million in its third weekend and is the first film since Barbie to top $1 billion in worldwide box office.
- A Quiet Place: Day One finished second with an impressive $53 million in its opening weekend.
- Kevin Costner’s Horizon: An American Saga opened with a much less-impressive $11 million opening in third place.
- Bad Boys: Ride or Die ($10.3 million) and the Indian sci-fi flick Kalki 2898 AD ($5.4 million) rounded out the top five.
