Turns out; crying at work may be more common than you think, and you’re probably not alone.
According to a study by Monster.com; eight out of ten people have cried at work, and the stuff that makes us cry is unsurprising:
- your boss
- your coworkers
- personal stuff
- your workload
- clients
- mistakes
The list goes on, but the good news is now you don’t have to hide in the bathroom to shed a tear or two! Why not just cry at the comfort of your desk since chances are one of your coworkers wants to cry too! Why not cry every day if you feel like it?
