In this day and age of cameras being everywhere, especially on everyone’s phone, you better watch your step. A ‘Karen’ learned that the hard way over the weekend at the Phillies-Marlins game. A homerun goes into the stands, and as usual, some fans rushed to see who could get it first. A dad a few seats down from where the ball landed was able to grab it first. He then walks back to his family and hands the prized homerun ball to his son, to which his son is seen beaming with pride! But then, as you’ll see below, a female fan marches down the to the dad, GRABS HIS ARM, and shouts, “THAT’S MY BALL! THOSE ARE FROM OUR SEATS!!”. The dad replies that the ball landed in empty seats. But she persisted and basically made a fool of herself. The dad gave in and handed her the ball. I 100% believe he should NOT have given this moron that homerun ball. He went on to explain later in an interview that he wanted to teach his son how to deescalate a situation. For that, I respect him. But there’s also something to be said for standing your ground. Why give in to a bully? He could have motioned for a stadium usher to come over and deal with this nutcase.
The other bothersome part that stands out to me in seeing this video is that the ‘Karen’ grabs the dad’s arm! That’s assault. You legally cannot put your hands on someone else the way she did. And imagine if the roles were reversed! If he had grabbed her arm, that dad would have been labeled ‘abusive’ and everything but a child of God! I’m tellin’ ya, he handled it a helluva lot better than I would have~
Here’s another angle…

Proving she has NO class, watch as the ‘Phillie’s Karen’ tangles with ANOTHER fan and flips everyone the bird!

To all the ‘Karen’s’ out there, THIS is what the game is all about. It’s for the KIDS!
This is what positive masculinity looks like. He gets the ball, does his victory battle cry, sees the girl, here you go, she raises her hands in joy. This is beautiful.pic.twitter.com/DubJ1APGwF
