BTS is marking its 13th anniversary with a new OREO collaboration built around a Korean-inspired flavor. The limited-edition cookie takes inspiration from hotteok, a sweet Korean pancake often filled with brown sugar and cinnamon.
The release features purple OREO wafers with 13 custom embossments personally sketched by the members. The designs include the seven BTS members’ names, the group’s Army Bomb light stick, and three cookies that can be lined up to reveal a special message for fans.
The launch also includes an interactive fan campaign. By scanning a QR code on the packaging, fans can help contribute to what the brand is calling the world’s largest love letter to BTS.
The cookies will be available through an online presale beginning June 1, followed by a wider store rollout on June 8. The collaboration is set to launch in more than 80 markets, making it a broad global release tied to both music fandom and lifestyle culture.
