Hats off to a group of culinary students in Mexico who prepared quite the fiesta recently. They set a new Guinness World Record for serving 13,000 tacos in an hour! That’s A LOT of beef, lettuce, shredded cheese and salsa!! Equally impressive was that the students used a 23-FOOT frying pan! And after friends and family and the public got their fill of delicious tacos, the rest were taken to local homeless food banks. Take a look at gigantic frying pan! Glad I wasn’t in charge of scrubbing that clean~
