A face only a true dog lover could appreciate. Okay, so the photo above isn’t the World’s Ugliest Dog (but close!)…that honor goes to Petunia! She’s a hairless, French Bulldog mix from Oregon that has been described as “…a hippo, a bat and Yoda”! Petunia captured this year’s title with nine other dogs competing. What’s interesting to note is that Petunia is currently living at an animal shelter in Oregon. According to The Today Show, she was rescued from an animal breeder who had her, along with 50 other dogs, in crates. She’s now enjoying a life of long walks, playing with other dogs and getting the much needed love and attention she deserves~
