College Students Compete In Their Annual ‘Lettuce Eating Contest’! Fastest Time?

World eating champ, and Indiana resident, Joey Chestnut has apparently inspired students at the University of Minnesota to see who could gobble down a head of lettuce the fastest! It’s been going on for some time for a group that belongs to the school’s Lettuce Club. This year’s winner is Ethan Lie, who now serves as the ‘head lettuce’ with a winning time of 3 minutes and 32 seconds! Not sure if he just gnawed away at the leafy greens or used any ranch dressing~
