Patrick Dempsey was finally crowned People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive -on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night! In my opinion he’s been robbed for the past two decades! But Dempsey is like a fine wine, so it’s worth the wait.

The former Grey’s Anatomy star, Derek “McDreamy” Sheppard, joked about his new title, saying: “Never give up on a dream… I’ve always been the Bridesmaid!   The Bridget Jones’s Baby star said he had been “close a few times”, having been on the front cover of People magazine the year George Clooney was chosen as Sexiest Man Alive and again with Matt Damon.
