Goodbye Hogwarts! Hello New York City!

It’s a big event for a milestone Harry Potter anniversary! The Empire State Building will be lit up in Hogwarts house colors on Sept. 27 in honor of the 25th anniversary of the “Harry Potter” books being published.

Visitors can also put on a costume or wizard robe and enjoy a pop-up cart on the 86th Floor Observation Deck, where they can grab free copies of the first book and bottles of Butterbeer.

Viewers outside of New York can watch the building’s Tower Lights shine red for Gryffindor, yellow for Hufflepuff, blue for Ravenclaw and green for Slytherin on the Empire State’s live cam. Now I call that making magic! See more here:Empire State Building Live New York EarthCam (esbnyc.com)
