As you might have noticed I love a quick and easy Halloween prop. I try to grab a few foam heads from Michaels in the flower foam section every year so I can create more people. I saw this online and it was so simple! Grab a head, a wooden dowel which is like $1.99 at Lowes, and cheese cloth (during Halloween you can find this in most Halloween sections- I got this from Target- it was extra long so I only had to buy one and cut it). Shove the white head on the dowel and then use a hot glue gun to glue the cloth on. One tip is to put some glue around the facial features like the eyes, nose and mouth to stick the cloth to them to better emphasize them. They look super cool at night! -Nikki
