Turkey Meatballs in Red Curry Cream

I found this recipe in my search of what to do with a pound of turkey that wasn’t tacos. (This house I live in is taco crazy so I need a break from it sometimes.) Just by chance I had pretty much everything I needed for this minus the red curry paste (easy to find- the World Foods section of the grocery store, tiny little jar). I threw the meatballs in the oven because who has time to fry them THEN cook for them half an hour? Not me. I have Halloween to tend to. But it’s super easy to throw together and tasted awesome!
