Nearly 80% of Americans making resolutions say they’re at least somewhat confident they’ll be able to keep them.  Which is ironic because according to another survey, nearly 80% of resolutions fail.

Studies show a new habit can take an average of 66 days to be established, so how do you make resolutions stick?

Some suggestions include:  Starting small and manageable with your goals, writing them down and making them visible. celebrating small wins as you go and “habit stacking,” like saying you’ll meditate for two minutes after you pour your first cup of coffee each day.
