Those super fancy holiday drinks from Starbucks are not good for you. Duh.
I was a bit surprised by just how bad they actually are. A new study found that Starbucks’ festive-themed hot drinks have the same amount of sugar as THREE cans of Coca-Cola.
That’s an insane amount of sugar.
So…now you know.
And if you are still going to grab your morning cup of Holiday cheer, despite being warned of your imminent demise, get me that Caramel thing…
