As most of you know, heartthrob Shawn Mendes released a new song and video earlier this month and in just a few weeks he’s releasing a documentary on Netflix!
Titled “In Wonder,” the documentary will look back at Shawn’s life over the past few years, including his 2019 world tour. According to Variety, Andrew Gertler, Ben Winston, and Shawn himself are executive producers on the project.
Shawn posted this to his Instagram saying “Been working on this documentary for so long & am so excited to finally share it with you all.”
Variety also said “Mendes, in partnership with his Shawn Mendes Foundation (SMF), also recently announced an official new annual TIFF award at the festival, given to an emerging or young filmmaker for excellence in creating a film that focuses on world issues important to the youth of today. SMF seeks to inspire Shawn’s audience to learn about those causes that they are passionate about, and help empower them to use the voice they have to bring change to the world by taking action and giving back.”
The documentary will be debuting on November 23, less than two weeks before his fourth album releases.
