Of the 81 testing sites for the upcoming COVID-19 vaccine, Indiana has one with IU School of Medicine This is last part of the testing process before seeking FDA approval.Daily Journal says they are set for a late-stage clinical trial and Indy is looking for 1,500 volunteers. IU Health University Hospital will administer the vaccine to 2/3 of participants and a placebo to the rest.

Anyone taking part would receive two doses of the vaccine or placebo and be seen for follow-up visits. These volunteers will be paid for their time. They are looking for people over 18 that have not testing positive for COVID-19 and also work in places with a higher risk of contracting the virus. Those places might be stores, warehouses, schools, or hospitals.

If this is something you’d like to take part in, set up a Volunteer Profile here and they will alert you when the trail is selecting participants.
