During a Sunday night television special, several Canadian artists performed a sing-along tribute of Bill Withers’ “Lean On Me.”
The performance included Justin Bieber, Avril Lavigne, Geddy Lee, Bryan Adams, Michael Buble, Sarah McLachlan, Buffy-Saint Marie and more.
The tribute took place at the end of the television special Stronger Together which was dedicated to raising money for Food Banks Canada. Bill Withers passed away on March 30, 2020 and it was nice to see so many different artists pay their respects.
